Vanilla IcE Cream

Ingredients

 

2 c raw cashews soaked 4+ hours

2 c coconut meat

1 c filtered water

¾ c agave nectar

¼ c coconut butter

4 t vanilla extract

½ t sea salt

 

Instructions

 

1. In high-speed blender, blend all ingredients until completely smooth.

1 minute

2. Chill thoroughly in refrigerator

30 minutes

3. Process in an ice cream make according to manufacturer’s instructions

40 minutes
