Pancakes

Ingredients

Wet
½ c. applesauce
1 ½ c. soymilk
1 t. vanilla
1 - 2 T. apple cider vinegar
1 T. agave nectar
Dry
¼ c. ground flax seed
2 ½ whole wheat pastry flour
1 T baking powder
¼ c. oats
Topping
2 bags of frozen fruit

Instructions
1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl
2. Mix all the wet ingredients in a smaller bowl
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
4. Combine with the least number of strokes possible
5. Cook the batter on a griddle or skillet after you grease the griddle (or skillet).
6. Heat up the frozen fruit until it is soft and hot
7. Blend it once it is soft and hot.
8. Serve pancakes with frozen fruit as syrup.
